AMAZONAS

Amazonas. The name conjures images of something wild, which is how this cacao grows. Awajún natives harvest this fruit from the depths of the Peruvian Jungle using wooden tools to avoid any damage to the fresh beans. Rich flavors of blackberry and fresh cream shine in this bar. ARRIBA

These Arriba Superior Summer Selecto beans from Ecuador offer rich dark roasted chocolate notes with subtle nut and citrus undertones. This cacao is grown and harvested by a co-op of independent farmers and indigenous tribes. We invite you to taste exotic Ecuador!

DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

In the heart of the Dominican Republic grows a variety of cacao that is bright and flavorful. Notes of cherry and blueberry shine through with tart acidity. We invite you to taste the cheery Dominican Republic!

MADAGASCAR

In the rich volcanic soils of Madagascar’s Sambirano Valley, grows a special cacao with both Venezuelan and Mexican heritage that the natives call ‘green gold.’ Enjoy notes of red fruit, subtle citrus, and a hint of date. We invite you to taste amazing Madagascar!

PIURA

Some of the rarest genotypes of heirloom cacao grow white. This bar is created using some of those rare white beans, which gives this bar a unique, light color. Enjoy notes of caramel, fig & subtle melon. We invite you to taste pure Peru!

PORCELANA

White cacao beans are very rare and are a trait of cacao trees that have been left undisturbed for hundreds of years. The incredible beans used to create our Porcelana bar are almost completely white and offer notes of concord grape, honey, vanilla, subtle citrus, and toast. We invite you to taste remarkable Peru!
